And that's why we are looking for a Food Service KAM! To join the Good Rebels team and help us achieve our mission through managing key accounts, developing strategic relationships, and executing sales initiatives to achieve business objectives.
YOUR CHALLENGE: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the organized foodservice channel, including national and regional chainsUnderstand customer needs and market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic account plansCollaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies and drive product adoptionNegotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfactionMonitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimizationProvide regular updates and reports to management on account activity, sales performance, and market insightsYOU WILL FEEL COMFORTABLE, ENJOY AND DO GREAT AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE: A Caring attitude towards our mission and see it as a "personal" problem to be solved professionally.Desire to help, assist and solve people's needs with a GoodVibes attitude.Passion for the business and a deep understanding of it to make sure your job at this role is aligned to business needs and goals.Previous experience in managing Food Service Key Accounts in FMCG industry in the Spanish market.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.An analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset to approach everyday challenges.
