The key objectives of this role are: Open distribution in FMCG Channels through new KA.Key Accounts Management and ownership (price, RTM, promotions, Stock Management, Wholesalers…)Incentives and sales reporting and tracking.What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization? Deliver sales with new categories (vapour and modern oral)Ensure strategic SKUs distribution in different clustersProvide information and analysis dataReports to Vending Channel Manager Number of Direct Reports 1 Core Relationships Internal – Field Force, Trade Support and Brand Activation External – Suppliers, Operators and Clients Geographic Scope Iberia: Mainland Travel Required YES (5%) ACCOUNTABILITIES Reach new clients and FMCG groupsBudget control with suppliers and orders management Present in different forums activities, post implementation reviews, tactic plansEnsure data base is update and align company requirementsAlignment with other departments as Brand, Trade, Activation, Supply in order to ensure new product launches, migrations or brand code updatesComply and implementactivities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS standards and procedures BAT groupEXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE ESSENTIAL Experience Required At least 3 years' experience in a KA or direct sales company.FMCG company that has incorporated a trade channel and account management approach.Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required User knowledge of content editing skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and also CRM: PowerBI, Sales ForceGood communication skills.Effective negotiation skillsCritical and analytical thinkingProblem solving and making things happenProactiveTeam workingAnalytical capacityPressure managementIndependent with decision makingStrategic visionResponsibleBest in class execution Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required University degreeMaster's degree will be valued positivelyLevel of English (both oral and written) = B2-C1BENEFICIAL Work experience during student liveExperience in field force in other companiesWE ARE BAT At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
