About the role As aKey Account Manager,you will be part of the Merchant Conversion team, creating an outstanding relationship with our Merchants to help them increase their performance and profitability through seQura's payment methods.


What challenges you'll be solving You will be part of the team that manages a portfolio of 1,500 online stores with the objective of increasing the sales of these businesses through our payment methods.
Understand our merchant's pain points, such as their challenges and needs, and at the same time, identify the possible opportunities.
Establish strong and long-lasting relationships with our clients through email and phone marketing strategies.
Define business plans or strategies to increase the sales of these merchants and being able to transform the information gained from the previous point into real solutions. Constantly recapitulating results, analyzing them, and always proposing improvements.
Activate and supervise the suggested proposals and analyze the returns generated by them.
Share with the rest of the teams the information about the market and the performance of our merchants.
Achieve that all SeQura compromises with your merchants to give them the best service possible.

What you'll need???????? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
From 2-4 years of experience in marketing or sales.It would be awesome if you come from the e-commerce world.
Excellent communication level both in Spanish and English.
A creative and analytical mind that can give solutions to different situations.
An autonomous and negotiator personality. Being able to make decisions and create your own path with a clear focus on achieving results,always looking for solutions to day-to-day situations, without waiting for the answer.
Team player. We are a team! And we love people who have a nice, fun, outgoing personality and who are willing to be helpful when needed.
You must be persistent. Being one of those people that doesn't stop until their objective is completed.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage high-pressure situations effectively.
