The main is to work to develop the business and increase the profitability of the company in a specific region
FunctionsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients that bring in the most revenue for the companyPlay a key role in attracting new customers and be responsible for their effective onboardingFocus on growth in alternative segments where the company may not have a presenceAddress and resolve customer complaintsAct as the main point of contact between customers and internal teamsOversee customer service assigned to each clientCommunicate and collaborate with marketing, sales, purchasing, technical and logistics departments to ensure that customer needs are metPrepare reports on account performance, objectives and forecasts for the area concernedDevelop a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements and prepare customized solutionsNegotiate contracts with clients and meet established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term objectivesComply with both general and position-specific policies and procedures, as well as ensure the completion of all tasks within scope to facilitate the achievement of company objectivesRequirementsEducation: Higher education in Chemistry, ADE, International Commercial or similarSpecific knowledge: Knowledge in the fragrance, flavor, animal feed, cosmetics industriesBasic knowledge of international tradeAdvanced user of Office SuiteAnalytical skillsKnowledge of SAP would be an assetLanguages: Spanish: advancedExtra language according to geographic area or business needSkills: Customer orientedResults orientedResponsibility and commitmentAutonomyPlanning and communicationExperience: More than 1 year of experience in a similar position.Apply for this Job Name (*)
