Determine process improvement in pellet plants, follow-up on incidents, orders, offers, all in order to maintain and enhance a long-term relationship with the client, as well as searching for potential clients to strengthen PRODESA within its scope of performance .MAIN TASKSReporting directly to the After Sales Manager, the Key Account Manager, will carry out the following tasks:Main functions:- You must track incidents, orders, offers, annual spare parts supply planning and work team management.- Evaluate the production process of the plant from the input of raw material to the output of thepellets and propose improvements to the client to optimize production and the costs of spare parts / consumables.- Ensure that the customers have all the necessary consumables for a stable operation.- Manage European accounts.- Attracting new clients.
