Requisitos:We are looking for a Key account manager who will consistently achieve sales targets and defined commercial objectives set through a strategic planning process and delivered through a process of advanced Key Account Management (KAM).- Implementing and management of commercial programmes and agreements to maximise sales benefit within key accounts.- Working within allocated budgets and the company's processes. Understanding and appropriate use of pricing and discount structures.- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the market and identifying commercial threats and opportunities through market changes.- Communicating implications and impact of commercial programmes to company's stakeholders including sales personnel, supply chain, marketing and finance.- Collaboration with stakeholders when making changes to programmes.- Working closely with all key departments, specifically marketing, finance, and supply teams.- Building and sustaining effective and long-term relationships with key customers, internal and external organisations.- Acquisition of new business.- Adhering to the company's policies, procedures and GDP Code of Practice.Actividades a realizar:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Experience selling to mainline wholesaler, short line wholesaler and large pharmacy groups.- Ability to learn and adapt to changes and new strategies.- Ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.- Strong presentation skills.- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer's needs.- Excellent listening and negotiating skills.- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.- Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment.- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.- Valid driver's licence.Ofrecemos:Minimum requirements:#J-18808-Ljbffr
