- To manage Material Support & Logistics flows from Order Reception to Customer Delivery for AHE Customers and internal A/C MRO needs.
- To perform front office tasks for AHE military customer (Spanish Navy) and A/C MRO managing its requirements and providing continuing information about part availability.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction providing feedback, giving support to customers and being the link with suppliers, providing regular reports and attending their needs.
Main activities - To ensure that spares parts are delivered according to the requested delivery date asked by the customer.
- Control, analysis and reduction of Backorders, through SAP and Dashboard.
- Acting as front office point of contact regarding its logistics needs for both the Spanish Navy and A/C MRO.
- To manage, control and follow up customers requirements for both Airbus and non Airbus products including Cessna parts.
- Use of internal tools in coordination with Material Planning and ensure the tool reflects parts status.
- To control and follow-up the logistics discrepancies.
- Follow-up and part claim to suppliers. 
- Manage customer's priorities using elevation procedures for emergencies.
