maybe this is your place! :)As the Cluster Commercial Director, you will be entrusted with the responsibility for hotel sales and everything related to the targeted commercial outcome within your assigned cluster. Your main mission will be to ensure the optimization of commercial performance in the short, medium, and long term. You will lead the local Commercial Directors to achieve channel and sales mix targets for profitability. As Cluster Commercial Director (Eastern Mediterranean & North Africa), reporting to the Commercial Director EMEA, your main responsibilities will be:Develop strategy and commercial plans for different regions and hotels within the cluster annually. Preparation of annual budgets for each hotel. Lead Regional Commercial Directors in setting hotel budgets and achieving the desired client and channel mix. Collaborate with the Operations department to optimize bottom-line results. Collaborate with Market Key Accounts Managers to set sales and marketing budgets for each hotel, distributing them across channels, segments,
and markets as per the Business Plan. Work with hotel managers and brand managers to continuously improve GOP efficiency. Plan tactical actions with the Revenue Department to meet budgetary goals. Attend meetings with property Owners to provide clarity on plans and commercial actions for their hotels. Who is the ideal person for this job? The ideal person for this role has strong leadership skills in an intercultural environment, with a focus on results and motivation, as well as excellent negotiation and empathic skills and a high capacity to adapt to people, environments and situations. Studies:- Degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hotel Management, Economics or similar. - Desirable Master's Degree in master's degree in Sales, Commercial Management and Revenue or similar. Experience / Background:Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial and/or sales management,
preferably in a hotel chain, tourism or as a commercial or sales manager for one or several hotels. Proficiency in various distribution channels (ON/OFF) and segments (Leisure, MICE, High End). Experience in the hotel and leisure industry is essential
