Knowledge Expert, Procurement

.WHAT YOU'LL DOAs a Knowledge Expert (KE) within BCG's Operations Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team. You will deliver against the client and commercial priorities for the Operations KT business, growing and managing a team of Procurement experts to support case work, content development and business build initiatives. You will support business development and go-to-market efforts of the Operations Practice Area in Europe and potentially globally. While contributing to case teams & clients based on your individual expertise and demonstrate differentiated impact and value-add to BCG, occasional travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.Additionally, as a Team Manager you will drive the IP/content agenda, with support from the team, and lead execution of investment projects. You will be responsible for team's performance across all KPIs (case billability, quality, content creation, etc.).The Operations Practice Area is one of BCG's functional practices and helps our clients create competitive advantage by enhancing their performance and building strategic capabilities. The Procurement Topic Area is an expert network of knowledge team members and experienced consultants who help clients on specific cases related to the functions and disciplines within the topic (e.G., procurement strategy, operating model, digital transformation, sustainable procurement, risk & resilience, etc.)
