Lead and deliver the design, engineering, and implementation of directory services at Sandoz, including but not limited to:Directory schema design and improvementsOU structure design and improvementsDirectory Group managementIndexing and performance of directory servicesHigh availability and scalabilityAD to Azure AD migration, synchronization of identitiesSecurity configurations, GPOs maintenance and updatesDesign standard integration patternsDrive and design integration with various applications (consumers of directory services)User attributes and compliance with applicable regulationsKnowledge management of the solutionConduct internal assessments and analyse the results at least once each year about the 'health check' of the directory services environmentParticipate in vendor selection, contract negotiation with technology vendors and service providersResponsible for maintaining and transitioning the design and configuration changes to the operations teamAct as escalation point for major incidents and guide operations team in resolving active incidentsClearly and confidently communicate technical concepts and risks to senior decision-makers across the organizationIdeal Background Education:
University degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering or information technology or another relevant fieldCertification or accreditation in Information Security (CISM, CISA, CISSP, MS Azure, ITIL, etc.)Languages: Fluent in written and spoken EnglishExperience and Skills: At least 10 years of experience in directory services; Experience in running directory Services in a highly regulated environmentExperience/knowledge of IAM technical skills, e.g.: Azure, Active Directory, systems hardening, networking (LAN, WAN), etc.Prior experience in implementing and operating large scale enterprise-wide directory servicesExperience in the Life Sciences industry is considered a plusExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills ability to develop influential relationships with different stakeholders across all levelsExperienced people leader with the ability to lead and develop teams across geographies, internal employees as well as external staffAn entrepreneurial mindset driven by curiosity, continuous improvement, and interest in technical advancements and IAM trendsStrong project management skills with the ability to multitask and properly delegate workWhat you'll bring to the role:
