Your Mission You will be critical to the overall delivery of games content, as you will be performing a lead role, shaping and evolving the Game Producer community with a team-first approach. The Lead Game Producer will orchestrate and facilitate complex products and teams that affect our igaming business. Working hand-in-hand with cross-functional game teams, customers, stakeholders and leadership, you will define as-is and to-be processes, pinpoint limitations and recommend improvements to streamline the game delivery pipeline. In short, you will be responsible for maximising the value of the product by creating and managing the games product backlog and be the voice of the end user in the agile delivery process.
What you'll do Unites and sets the vision for the Game Producer capability;Evaluates and shapes new processes, procedures, documentation and standards to streamline the game delivery lifecycle;Mentors and coaches other talented Game Producers and sets expectations and goals for the capability;Lead the organization and facilitation of stakeholder sessions, design thinking workshops, ensuring active participation and productive outcomes;Focus on team's health, setting-up team ceremonies and initiating various activities;Acts as a conduit between functions - driving agreement with stakeholders and within cross functional teams to resolve conflicts and drive on time delivery;Participate and guide the games production team in product planning and forecasting;Engages with 3 rd party teams to coordinate and set delivery expectations;Aids in prioritization, risk management, conflict resolution, and setting milestones for the team;Vigilant in communicating and documenting product status and health;Solicits feedback and utilizes data to inform and set expectations of high product quality;Contribute to the consistency of the user experience for our market leading casino products;Acts as a voice of the customer.What you'll bring A proven track record as a Senior Game Producer, Lead Game Producer or similar role in the Casino Gaming industry;Experience leading/managing a teamA high degree of proficiency in iterative development, understanding of Agile principles and Design Thinking;Hands-on experience leading the Game Development Lifecycle;Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft suite that will aid in the Game Development Lifecycle;Experience working with software engineers, animators, artists and other peers within a cross-functional games team;A balance of technical knowledge, commercial landscape and business acumen;A proactive self-starter attitude, with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively;Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire internal teams & stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment;A high degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability;Reception to feedback and the ability to adapt and iterate;A background in delivering products or services to market, with 3 rd party vendors with a high degree of proficiency in an iterative development environment;Fluent level of written and spoken English and excellent articulation skills;Proven experience within the iGaming / Gaming industry.We're lucky enough to have a home in some of the world's best tech hubs – Málaga, London, Reading and Auckland.
