Pop in and have a coffee with teammates. Schedule of Work: Monday- FridayPosition Overview:The Lead Generation Specialist is a key member of the sales team, responsible for using identified leads and generating potential business opportunities. The Lead Generation Specialist plays a critical role in fueling the company's sales pipeline and ultimately driving revenue growth. This role will have opportunities for career growth based on success.Key Responsibilities:Prospecting: Use a combination of email and phone calls to initiate contact with potential leads and gauge their interest in the company's products or services.Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their needs, timelines, budgets, and purchasing authority.Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain relationships with leads through follow-up communication and content distribution. Provide relevant information to educate and engage potential customers.Lead Handoff: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads for further sales efforts. Clearly communicate lead details, needs, and interests to sales representatives.Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation efforts, such as conversion rates, lead quality, and lead-to-opportunity ratios.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation. Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize lead generation strategies.Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
