#hybrid - Barcelona We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance to join Cortellis Drug Discovery Intelligence development team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through manual testing procedures, with a focus on both functional aspects and content quality. You will work closely with development team to identify bugs, defects, usability issues, content inconsistencies and propose improvements, ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality, functionality, and content accuracy for CDDI end users.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine or related field.Knowledge of SQL for querying databases is a nice-to-have, willing to learn is a must.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail, particularly in assessing content accuracy and consistency.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.It would be great if you also had . . . Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.Experience with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar is a nice-to-have.What will you be doing in this role? Execute test cases to identify defects in software applications, with a specific focus on content quality.Evaluate the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of content within the application, including text, images, multimedia, and other digital assets.Collaborate with the development team and solution analyst to understand requirements and clarify any ambiguities related to both functionality and content.Participate in test planning and estimation activities, with a focus on content testing strategies.Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test matrices, with an emphasis on content-related testing scenarios.Conduct regression testing to ensure that defects have been addressed, content inconsistencies have been resolved, and new features have not introduced additional issues.Provide feedback on content usability, clarity, and relevance, and suggest improvements to enhance the overall user experience.Product you will be developing Cortellis Drugs Discovery Intelligence is a comprehensive pharmaceutical and drug development intelligence platform designed to empower researchers and decision-makers throughout the drug discovery lifecycle.
