We are currently undergoing a transition to a new platform guided by Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles. You will be an integral part of one of our domain teams.A TYPICAL DAYCollaborate closely with other frontend engineers to design, implement, and deploy frontend components for our product.Develop cost-effective solutions by deploying reusable capabilities, ensuring the product value is clear and justified, especially when addressing complex technical challenges.Play an active role in frontend-related recruitment activities, including interviewing and evaluating candidates.Serve as the focal point for the frontend guild.Collaborate with design, product, and business teams to iterate on the product using feature flags and experimentation.Establishing and managing Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for frontend systems.Drive the architectural vision for our front-end applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.Stay current with front-end technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continually enhance our development processes.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of frontend developers.Demonstrated ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.Passion for building products that solve real-world problems and enhance user experiences.Strategic thinking with the ability to balance short-term solutions with long-term vision.Strong communication skills, collaboration abilities, adaptability, and a willingness to take initiative.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).English speaking and writing skills.Team player
