Description Scopely is looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager to join our Monopoly GO!game team.At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play, every day - whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues, or through our deep connections with our communities of players.We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.Monopoly GO!is our new casual game and a key franchise that has just become Scopely's largest game, enjoyed by millions of players.The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.What You Will DoThis is an opportunity to partner with technical, product and production leadership to help drive the initiatives of our Technical Foundation Team.You will:Collaborate with project leadership to drive initiatives focused on reliability, technical performance, developer productivity, and platform complianceEnsure visibility, consistency, and predictability in team operations, improving developer experiences and player enjoymentAlign technical efforts with customer needs, product objectives, and business goals, crafting narratives around technical work and defining KPIs for impact measurementCollaborate with multiple development teams to extend existing technologies or develop new ones aimed at supporting the continued growth and success of MonopolyGO!Engage, and align across departments to deliver on individual engineering objectives and shared business goalsManage technical risks, ensure timely mitigation, and maintain communication across stakeholdersPartner with Product, Production & Engineering leadership to define and prioritize the technical roadmapImplement effective processes and practices to maintain a positive work culture and ensure timely delivery of high-quality workPromote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture focused on continuous improvement and professional developmentMonitor project progress, provide regular updates, and prepare detailed reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic adviceWhat We're Looking For Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical management of game development teams at scaleA champion of engineering culture and a strong driver of communication between domains and productStrong understanding of technical project management methodologies and toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong leadership and team management skillsStrong experience with Unity and AWS backendAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills
