Lean Manufacturing/Iws Manager

Our client is an important Spanish food multinational that is undergoing a change in its work systems. For this reason that we are currently seeking an expert in managing change in work systems within a production environment for one of our plants. It is a management position specialized in the implementation and continuous improvement following Lean Manufacturing, World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or Integrated Work System (IWS) methodologies.Main responsabilitiesIn this role, you will analyze current practices and develop process improvements, as well as implement changes to workflows, structures and teams to ensure continued business performance.You will be in permanent contact with the work environment, detecting and improving deficiencies in the production chains.Defend efficiency using appropriate resources and eliminate what does not add value #J-18808-Ljbffr
