Analyze existing workflows and eliminate waste with help of LEAN ToolsImplementation of LEAN culture – implementing and empowering LEAN principles. Engage with employees and challenge LEAN initiativeContinuous Improvement – drive, monitor and ensure improvement in areas of focus. Analyze the results of activities and workshops, create success stories and identify areas for further optimizationConducting Trainings/Workshops – provide training and workshops of Lean principles.
