¿Dónde vas a trabajar?Empresa líder en el sector Lujo¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?Learning and Development- Design and implement training programs to meet the needs of the organization- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make continuous improvements- Develop training materials and facilitate training sessions- Collaborate with managers and HRBPs to identify and address skill gaps within the organization- Coordinate work between the three divisions to ensure alignment and consistency in training initiatives- Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effectivenessCommunication- Prepare and present regular reports on training activities and progress to the HRD and other stakeholders- Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of learning and development and implement innovative ways of learningEngagement- Support the engagement survey process by providing input and analysing results- Collaborate with HRBPs and managers to develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement- Monitor progress¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field- Experience in designing and implementing training programs- At least 4 years in a similar role- Fluency in Spanish and English- Strong organizational skills¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?- Salario según experiencia de 35.000€ - 40.000€- Ambiente de trabajo en equipo y colaborativo.- Híbrido - dos días remoto/semana.
