Your responsibilities: Responsible for providing legal and compliance support to the French and Spanish organisation; depending on the candidate`s experience, skills, and performance the remit might be extended to other EU markets. Ensure proper development, implementation, adherence, review, and control of anti-Bribery & Corruption compliance rules and assist the company to prevent any related risks. Maintain knowledge of medical devices regulations, best practice in the industry sector and guidelines issued by MedTech Europe and any local medical devices and healthcare association and provide guidance to assigned departments. Constantly assess legal and compliance risks the business is exposed to and monitor the adequacy of the measures implemented by the company, including assessing their proper effectiveness. Provide legal advice on Data Privacy (and GDPR) related matters. Identify and propose action plans to the business to ensure proper measures are implemented to fill the identified gaps (e.G., training programmes, introduction of new procedures). Assist the business and the Public Tenders team with any Public Procurement matters. Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing domestic and international sales, marketing, and direct and indirect procurement contracts. Advising on a range of corporate, commercial and employment legal matters. Assist the International Legal Department with any legal and compliance projects
