Legal CounselCountry: Spain**SCIB Legal is looking for a Legal Counsel based in our Boadilla office.****WHY YOU SHOULD CONSIDER THIS OPPORTUNITY****Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) **is Santander's global division that supports some of the world's most complex and sophisticated corporate and institutional clients, offering customized services and value-added wholesale products to best meet their needs.Santander is proud of being an organization where there are equal opportunities regardless of gender identity, culture and disability.Our mission is to contribute to help more people and business prosper.We embrace a strong risk culture and all of our professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**As a **Legal Counsel, **you will provide legal advice to the Markets team in Structured Products IssuancesWe need someone like you to help us in different fronts:- Legal advice to capital Markets in issuances of structured notes with several types of underlying derivatives (e.G., interest rates, inflation, FX, equity, credits, etc) and in repackaging transactions in a diverse range of jurisdictions (including Continental Europe countries and the United States of America).Drafting of the entire set of legal documentation, including prospectuses, final terms / notes Ts&Cs; , placement and dealer agreements and corporate approvals.- Legal advice to traditional and syntehetic securitisations and securitisations / finance linked swaps.- Legal advice to other matters related to Treasury and Markets affairs which require Legal team's assessment or intervention.EXPERIENCE- +6 years of experience in legal advisory to Capital Markets and/or Treasury mattersEDUCATIONDegree in Law.Financial background and/or a degree in Business Management or similar will be a plus.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE- Very high level of English.Knowledge of other languages will be an asset.- Specific experience with derivatives and banking and finance transactions will be a plus.OTHER INFORMATIONSCIB**Idiomas**:- Spanish#J-18808-Ljbffr
