You will play a vital role in ensuring that the company operates within legal boundaries and mitigates legal risks effectively. Your expertise will be instrumental in protecting the organization's interests and facilitating its growth in a compliant manner.As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will work closely with various departments to develop, implement, and enforce compliance programs and proceduresKey Responsibilities:Provide timely and accurate legal advice to management and various departments on legal issues affecting the organization's operations in collaboration of our external legal firmsDraft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they comply with applicable laws and accurately reflect the company's interests using the company legal suite LinksquaresIdentify potential legal & compliance risks and liabilities and develop strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.Assist in the resolution of legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.Together with our IP firm, Manage the organization's intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, and enforce its rights when necessary
