Litigation Lawyer

ROLE PURPOSEWe ´re looking for a Senior Litigation Lawyer to join our Barcelona office, and oversee the litigation department of ID FINANCE.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- Legal Project Management and Legal Process Improvement- Coordination, monitoring, planning and follow-up of the litigation project from a legal and regulatory point of view.- Review and/or drafting of documentation related to the litigation project.- Drafting of Guidelines, Policies and Templates- Coordination of disputes and claims, including managing external counsels- Litigations management- Control, monitoring and reporting of the litigation's procedure.- Massive judicial management.- Drafting of necessary documents during the life of the procedure in response to the Court's requirements or allegations when necessary.- Follow-up and control of the judicialized files.- Negotiation and drafting of agreementsKNOWLEDGE & SKILLSMembership in the ICA.Very valuable course or program of specialization in Procedural Law and Arbitration.High level of English (C1 minimum).Communication and presentation skills.Results orientation and commitment to meet deadlines.Energy, resilience and optimism.Ability to work as part of a team.Education: Degree in Law and possession of a Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession.Experience: Minimum experience of 4-5 years in procedural matters.BENEFITSHealth benefit.Kitchen with free coffee and fruit each Monday, Wednesday and Friday.Team building activities and work in an international and passionate environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
