Your benefits: - Full time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday 10:00 to 19:00 - Salary 23 000 euros gross/year + up to 4 000 euros gross/year in bonus - Great office location in Barcelona - Friends hunting (referral) bonus - Full paid training about the company and the project you will be working on - Career development program and specialized courses What you'll experience with us As a Live Advisor in our team, you will: - Presenting on public, and internal facing video content - Deliver excellent customer service on each call - Increase sales conversion rate from query to purchase - Answer queries efficiently - Provide market related insights and feedback - Make scriptwriting and translations - Create and present training content - Support the contact center team by taking phone calls and chats - Support for filming tasks as required including potential sporadic out of office hours We'll be a great match if you: - Have a proficient or bilingual level of German and advanced English.
