col-wideJob Description:**HR Administrator****Role purpose**Provide Human Resources Administration, assisting in the provision of an efficient and dedicated support and guidance service to the team, operations and business.Provide support to site administration, ensuring specific procedures and customer requirements are fulfilled**Key Accountabilities**Provide a day-to-day support in HR area (employment contracts, payroll, absenteeism, training actions, etc.)Provide accurate and timely information and data on HR processes, policies and proceduresPrepare and provide analysis and reporting on various HR topicsRun recruitment processes and provide support on this area when requiredCollaborate in different HR projects (e.g. annual H.R. plan, communications plan, etc.)Provide support and proposals in Employee Engagement ActivitiesCross country alignment on HR data specific topics, ensuring data quality and delivering HR processes along the HR life cycleEnsure all personnel files are maintained properlyProcess the required permissions to access the working center (visits, new starters, materialsControl stationery stock and arrange the required ordersComply with our customer requirements; prepare monthly labor reportsWelcome and induction of new employeesBuild and effective relationship and cooperate with several stakeholders (HR community, employees, customer, etc) in line with DHl values**Requirements for the job**Previous experience in an administrative role at HR DepartmentPrevious experience in RecruitmentUniversity Degree (e.g. Human Resources ,Business administration, Labor Law, or similar)Proficient or advanced level of Microsoft Package (mainly Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word)Desirable knowledge of Meta4Strong Team PlayerGood communication and interpersonal skillsAble to cope with presureEye for the detailStrong people orientationFluent (C1) English Level
