This role will keep you on your toes, as you'll be juggling negotiations and finding the most efficient solutions for transporting both fresh produce and oils globally, handling all exportation documents, as well as the less exciting (let's be honest), but equally important administrative tasks.Responsibilities include:Logistics:Negotiating prices and conditions with logistics suppliers and services, by finding routes with competitive costs and optimum transit timesKeeping up-to-date on new local and international transportation regulationsProactively identify and address potential delivery delays or disruptionsMaster logistics to ensure deliveries reach the right place, at the right time, every timeClaims managementExports:Arranging all export documentationEngaging and collaborating with customsOrganising the accuracy of all paperwork related to overseas transportation managementAdministrative Tasks:Arranging all documents regarding Wikifarmer España new certificationsTaking care of any ad-hoc paperworkKey requirements include:Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written (a third major European language would be an advantage)At least 5 years of experience exporting goods globallyFamiliarity of export documentationFresh produce experience (cold chain)Strong business acumenFamiliarity with transport regulationsA background in agronomy would be hugely advantageousWhat we can offer:Fixed annual salaryEquity in the business24 days holiday allowancePrivate Medical InsuranceRestaurant Ticket Vouchers#J-18808-Ljbffr
