In NRF's technical department, we focus on the quality control of all our products.ABOUT THE JOB You will be responsible for the product verification phase, periodic quality controls, handling the complaint process (warranties and commercial returns) and solve technical questions from customers and colleagues from NRF. You may also support the team in matter of health and safety.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A QUALITY TECHNICIAN? Perform technical inspections of products to ensure compliance with technical documentation, proper functioning, and quality of execution.Manage the entire warranty and returns process with customers.Oversee and control equipment and facility maintenance and cleaning.Provide technical support to customers.Offer telephone assistance on relevant mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A QUALITY TECHNICIAN? Interest in Electromechanics and a willingness to learn.Proficiency in written and conversational English.Interest in automotive mechanics would be advantageous.Experience in a manufacturing/warehouse/customer service environment and/or technical office would be a plus.ABOUT THE TEAM You will be part of an international team located in Poland, Spain, and France, reporting to the Quality and Warranty Supervisor in Spain and the on-site Warehouse Manager. Internally, you will collaborate with local trainer, warehouse and customer service departments. Technical Department consists of 47 people globally.
