The team's expertise includes:- M&A: disposal and acquisition of renewable energy assets (projects, portfolios or platforms)- Equity capital raising for seed, development risk and construction capital- Debt capital raising for senior, junior, mezzanine and HoldCo debt- PPA advisory to help generators and consumers to secure long-term power purchase contracts- Strategic consulting covering commercial, financial, strategic advice on renewables- Valuations and project appraisals including financial modelling, due diligence and valuationsWhat this job involvesYou will be based in Madrid within the E&IA team in Spain and have the flexibility to travel for meetings across the Iberian Peninsula as required.Responsibilities include:- Independently lead the execution of M&A transactions, equity/debt capital raises and other client engagements by project-managing the day-to-day activities and coordinating all parties involved- Manage the relationship with existing clients as well as internal and external stakeholders- Working with junior team members, prepare financial models and transaction documents (e.G. teaser, IM, Q&A, etc
