Role Purpose:As part of the Compensation & Benefits team, the manager rewards & systems is responsible for ensuring continuous improvement on Sibelco HRIS landscape and development of the Compensation & Benefit strategy for the Group.As manager Rewards & Systems, main responsibilities are to ensure HR processes are developed in HRIS in the most efficient and effective way, adjusted to group policies and principles while remaining fully compliant with all local legislation, ensuring the organisation is trained in the use of HRIS, develop Compensation & Benefit strategy in cooperation with the Director Compensation & Benefits in alignment to the Sibelco people strategy and enabling the achievement of the Sibelco strategy.The manager rewards & systems will also act as a liaison between HR business and IT when it relates to system development or system integrations.Responsibilities:1) StrategyDevelop the Global Rewards strategy aligned with the overall People strategy that facilitates the effectiveness of the business.Align and integrate the Rewards governance process into the overall HR model.Work with the internal and external Rewards community on reviewing and evaluating the benefits practices, processes and systemsEstablish Rewards practices to attract, retain, develop and motivate our employees and ensure internal and external equity.Develop the long term strategy from a HR Systems point of view, ensuring further digitalisation and automation of HR policies and processes, including developing the roadmap for HRIS and related prioritization.2) Continuous improvementWork alongside the HR team, Operating Model team and IT department to seek for continuous improvement of HR processes.Monitor the job market and trends in compensation and benefits area and find the best practice to implement in the organization without major impact on the personnel expenses cost.Update current practices to assist with employee retention and attract top talent3) Data ManagementAct as a data governor for employee master data, maintaining data integrityPerform data audits to identify and address data issuesIncrease data awareness across the organizationEnsure new developments or security updates remain compliant with data protection lawsWith support of the Analyst HRIS and C&B, ensure proper recording of people and HR process by data owners. Work with IT and master data management team to ensure full alignment of master data elements.4) C&B PoliciesDesign, review and update a set of different compensation & benefit policies keeping internal equity and external competitiveness in mind.Develop compensation structures in the organisation including grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc, aligned with the culture and values of Sibelco.Ensure C&B policies are legally compliantCoordinate compensation processes such as salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development.5) Analysis & ReportingDevelop and enhance HR reporting in Workday, including development of dashboards for reporting key metricsReceive and interpret all report requests from internal customers, develop training for end users on self service reporting and dashboard consultationLiaise with BI specialist on integration of Workday with Power BI for consolidation of reporting of HR metrics in consolidation with metrics from other departments impacting the group management dashboard6) Project ManagementEnsure timely and qualitative delivery of projects within predefined budget and scope in the C&B area as well as HRIS projects in realisation of the HRIS Roadmap7) Knowledge management and trainingBuild up the knowledge on HR Systems and C&B policies and practices within the organization by developing and delivering relevant trainings8) Release roll outTogether with the system administrator from IT and Analyst HRIS perform the analysis of the bi-annual releases from Workday on the organisation's Workday tenant.
