Activities will be planned and executed in alignment with the central functions of the ERM organization.We are seeking an experienced risk professional to lead a team of risk analysts. The incumbent will be responsible for evolving the local Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program including enhancing the oversight function in line with best practices set by our corporate policies.*Key Responsibilities:Conduct quantitative analysis on risk management data to drive insights and recommendations for first line teamsSupport the CRO with the governance framework including the Risk CommitteesConduct independent analytical reviews and sample-based testing of risk processes and provide effective challenge to first line teamsIdentify risk metrics (e.g., key risk indicators) to continuously monitor and oversee riskMonitor, and enhance the Risk Appetite FrameworkDevelop and coordinate scorecards, dashboards, and senior leader presentation, responsible for maintaining the adequate governance processes as part of the risk oversight functions allowing effective challenge to the risk-taking functions.Evaluate the inherent and residual risks using proper methodologies, including the use of statistical analysis.Develop and manage the Emerging Risk InventoryManage the pieces on risks within our local Risk Appetite Framework, including interaction with local stakeholders across the company to establish risk appetite levels, tolerance levels and other limits, as well as, adequately documenting them in policies and procedures.Collaborate with internal and external auditors in the review of the ERM framework.Identification of new operational risks both through sample based testing and analytical reviews.Generate reporting for relevant governance bodies.Qualifications:Strong analytical skills and business acumen with a risk-reward control perspective;5+ years of experience in financial services and risk management processes, framework, and systemsDemonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple priorities under pressureExperience in interacting with regulators and familiarity with local market regulatory requirements is a plusProject management experience is a plusPrograming experience in database (SQL, hive), strong technical skills to perform data evaluation and analyticsProactive in identifying issues, delivering, and escalating key findings, and advising on recommended solutions to mitigate risksProven ability to learn skills and knowledge on demand in a compressed timelineLeadership skills with experience as a people leader, to drive performance by coaching and motivating people for success, identifying their strengths and opportunitiesExcellent organizational and time-management skills to successfully drive results timely in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing prioritiesHigh degree of attention to detail and strong track record with data and report accuracyAbility to partner and engage with multiple stakeholdersAbility to define and communicate goals, roles, and oversight findings to business partners and senior executivesExcellent inter-personal relationship skills and a highly professional approach for interactions with all levels of management and across business units.Self-directed individual who can work independently with mínimal super #J-18808-Ljbffr
