So we're seeking a Marketing and Sales Director - and a Marketing and Sales Executive to work with them - to join our existing team of 10 people and be a key part of the INSYLO story.The Sales and Marketing team at INSYLO will be a key player in driving adoption of our digitisation technology within the animal farming and animal feed sectors. Will will require dynamic individuals who enjoy a start-up environment, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and have the skills and enthusiasm to build our Sales and Marketing function to quickly build our brand, generate leads, and drive sales in this exciting, rapidly-evolving market. There is lots of space for you to take a lead, to own Sales and Marketing, and to see the impact of your work.Practicalities:Work from home with infrequent travel for events. With the option of working in-person at our offices in Girona full or part time.How to Apply:If you are excited about being part of scaling up a transformational technology for the agriculture industry and meet the qualifications, please submit your resume and a short cover letter detailing which role you're applying for, your relevant experience, and why you are the right fit for this role to ******.**DETAILS - SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR**Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:We are in the process of standardising our offerings - packages, RRPs - and digitising our sales process (B2B e-commerce)We have a pipeline of sales leadsThe new Marketing and Sales Director will build on what's been done to:Develop our marketing strategy and processes;Define the necessary marketing and sales team capacity, capabilities, and structuresDefine the necessary marketing and sales assetsHands-On Implementation and Leadership:Implement the above strategic plan, to build our Marketing and Sales function nearly from scratch.Recruit and lead our Marketing and Sales team.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, potential customers, and existing customers in the animal farming and animal feed sectors.Understand their pain-points/wants/needs.Develop compelling narratives and value propositions for our solution, highlighting its benefits for animal farmers and animal feed producers.Collaborate with the product team to ensure alignment between customer pain-points/wants/needs and our solution's features.Digital Marketing:Create and execute digital marketing campaigns that engage the target audience and lead to sales.Use social media, email marketing, webinars and other digital tools to increase:Brand visibility;Awareness of the problem our solution addresses; andPublic Relations:Liaise with relevant industry media to ensure our brand and value proposition features in publications, events, etcDrive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, meeting ambitious targets.Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies and use to continually refine and enhance sales and marketing strategies.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree. MBA or equivalent is a plus.10+ years' work experience overall, ideally 20+Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and marketing roles in B2B / retail / technology / agriculture sectors.Demonstrated success in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.Understanding/experience of - and professional network in - animal farming and animal feed industries a plus.Personal Attributes:Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.Agility, adaptability and resourcefulness as is needed in a startup environment. Comfortable building processes, teams, assets from scratch.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Fluent in English. Ability in Spanish / Catalan a plus.Ability to think creatively and strategically.Highly motivated.
