Unlocking the full potential of life**Misión**:La persona a incorporar será responsable de la realización de tareas administrativas que garanticen la funcionalidad del departamento de Marketing, así como de coordinar todas las actividades del mismo, brindando apoyo continuo al Product Manager.**Funciones**- Apoyo en todas las actividades del departamento de Marketing para las líneas Gastro y OTC.- Coordinación con equipos internos (como ventas) para asegurar la alineación de las actividades de marketing con los objetivos generales de la empresa.- Colaborar en la planificación, coordinación y seguimiento de eventos para garantizar su éxito (congresos, reuniones de ventas, etc.)- Participación en todo el proceso de creación de materiales promocionales.- Gestión y seguimiento de proveedores en todo lo referido a contabilidad.- Gestión administrativa a nível compliance de las actividades puestas en marcha en el departamento (simposios, advisory boards, sesiones clínicas, etc.)**Requisitos**- Experiência previa en posiciones similares, preferiblemente en el sector farmacéutico.- Capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo. Habilidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente, manteniendo altos estándares de calidad y cumpliendo plazos establecidos- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, adaptarse a diferentes situaciones y asumir responsabilidades.
