We are looking for a Marketing Automation Consultant to join our team at MRM.
This role will be involved in the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of journeys within Marketing Cloud. They should be dynamic as they will work with different clients and sectors.
ACCOUNTABILITIES: Some of your responsibilities as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant at MRM will include:
• Developing marketing campaigns through Marketing Cloud.
• Implementation of segmentations using SQL and filters.
• Creation and/or modifications of HTMLs to be implemented within Marketing Cloud.
• Conducting training sessions, creating documentation for implemented processes (campaigns).
• Presenting work to clients.
• Developing journeys launched through Google 360.
REQUIREMENTS The requirements for the position of Marketing Automation Consultant (SMC) at MRM include:
• 2 years of experience working with Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of Marketing Automation tool modules: Email, Social Studio, Content Builder, Customer Journeys, and Google 360.
• Familiarity with Sales or Service.
• Basic knowledge of SQL development, as it will be necessary to obtain the target audience for campaigns.
• Dynamic personality comfortable working with different clients.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are positively valued.
• B2 level of English.
