Your TasksDevelop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why. Continuous evolvement of strategy is a must.Create engaging and informative content tailored to the target audience across various platforms, including print, social media, and the company website. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and user engagement. Manage content calendars and distribution strategies to meet business objectives.Utilize web analytics tools to analyze content performance and user engagement. Generate reports for management on content strategy success and areas for improvement. Use insights to refine content strategies and increase effectiveness.Your QualificationsProven experience of at least 2 years in branded content writing in an industrial B2B environment, or in media or advertising agencies.Education in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or similar.Experienced in digital marketing and how to optimize content in digital channels.Experience working with creative and technical teams in an industrial setting.Familiarity with content analysis and impact measurement tools.In addition to your experience, we are looking for someone with:Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a knack for engaging in global, multidisciplinary teamwork.Comprehensive expertise across communication fields, including a deep understanding of B2B customer communications, and the tools and processes that support these activities.A passionate and creative approach to identifying and catering to target audiences through the most effective channels and content types.Proficiency in content creation and management, coupled with analytical skills to evaluate content performance.
