You will play a crucial role in helping shape the brand anddeveloping successful performance marketing campaigns across variouschannels and platforms. It's the perfect time to join the designteam. We're just starting to build the brand from scratch, and thisis where you can bring your creativity to the table and have fun.About the role:- Work closely with the Design Lead to develop comprehensive brandguidelines that uphold our brand identity and vision.- Generate and refine concepts for performance marketing campaignsacross various channels including Google, Meta, and TikTok. Become theexpert of how to treat each channel.- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to integratefeedback and ensure designs meet the brand's strategic objectives aswell as business objectives.- Iterate rapidly in a fast-paced environment, consistently refiningdesigns to optimize performance and engagement.- A creative thinker with a strategic approach who is able tounderstand marketers needs and translate complex ideas into strikingdesigns.Requirements:- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a digital or brand designer,preferably within an in-house creative team environment.- A robust portfolio demonstrating meticulous attention to detail anda strong understanding of design principles.- Proven experience in performance marketing creatives, with theability to thrive in a high-paced iterative setting.- High level of proficiency in Adobe and Figma- Familiarity with developing brand guidelines and ensuring consistentbrand representation across various touchpoints.- A strategic and granular thinking approach combined with a mindsetfor scalability, enabling the creation of both intricate and scalabledesigns.- Experience with design systems in Figma is a plus- Experience providing art direction and have strong skills in allphases of the design process (research, strategy, design, andexecution).- Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plusOur Values:– Care: We support and stand by our team members in any situation,ensuring that no one is left behind
