.Overview:The Marketing Director will develop the Marketing strategy for Content Distribution (Transactional, FTA, Pay & Basic, SVOD and AVOD) in Iberia, as well as oversee our Iberia channels (AXN, AXN Movies, AXN White) and SVOD service (AXN Now).Based in our Madrid office, the key focus will be working alongside the commercial leads and Country Manager to develop and implement Marketing and Branding strategies which ensure all Feature Films and TV series contents are being optimized both commercially and creatively across all distribution windows and formats.What you'll do:Drive the Marketing strategy across Home Entertainment, TV Distribution and AXN Networks maximizing opportunities across the region through innovative Marketing activity.Key point of contact for Country Manager Iberia & VP Marketing Western Europe, providing clear and consistent territory information and communication that aligns with regional strategy.Maintain full P&L ownership and oversee Marketing budget across all lines of business.Provide leadership and direction to the team's Marketing ExecutivesFull accountability for defining the studio's annual feature film and TV series Marketing and product release strategy for all commercial exploitations outside the theatrical window incorporating all key marketing disciplines – ATL, BTL, PR, social activation.Drive and implement regionally supported strategies including product strategy, library focus, Digital Acceleration Project and AVOD Audience Networks.Develop and execute publicity and promotional campaigns across the content slate and ensure there is close collaboration with the SPT PR team to deliver seamless broadcast campaigns for SPTs key shows within the territory.Oversee trade presentations, pre-sales events, customer events and internal showcases and events to ensure we are communicating a consistent and positive message both internally and externally.As AXN Marketing lead, work in partnership and collaboration with separate programming and creative teams to deliver creative and engaging campaigns for key content launches and brand executions, ensuring off-air messaging is consistent with on-air briefs and messaging.Responsible for the effective delivery and direction of third party agency services according to contract and brief across all Creative, Media, PR and social. Build solid relations with all partners to ensure execution of ideas that will have maximum impact.Act as a close business partner for all TV distribution and Networks clients in territory positioning Sony as the go to partner for close collaboration.Align with theatrical distribution team in the region to facilitate information and assets to the relevant distribution teams
