Product Management & Development (Marketing & Communications) Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or equivalent Marketing work experience as Supervisor or Manager.He / She is willing to work in an Office and Distribution / Warehouse setup with more than 500 employees.Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and leading a team, with a results-oriented and responsible mindset.Possesses good knowledge and expertise relevant to the position applied for. Work experience in traditional trade and/or digital marketing, events coordinating, and product knowledge training are preferred for this position.Preference for previous work experience in Market Research, Packaging Materials, Marketing Collaterals, Food Industry Trends, Social Media trends, etc.Proficiency in Google and Microsoft applications, with an ability to adapt to and utilize the latest technology.Work experience in FMCG industry is also preferred.Demonstrates good work ethics, personality, and strong sense of morals.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.Hardworking, organized, trustworthy, loyal, adaptable and has a positive attitude.Willing to do field work, market research, and marketing events in different areas of concerns.Preference for residents of CAMANAVA Area or nearby areas who are willing to be assigned in Malabon City.
