Establish long-range objectives and specify the strategies and actions to achieve them. Manage active and engaged communities around a defined topic or topics by managing long-lead calendars, monitoring online conversations. Participate in online conversations to build brand visibility, customer satisfaction and marketing support. Establish a positive online presence for the restaurants & bars by integrating outlet-specific and brand messaging in a compelling and valuable way for participants. Provide measurement of the impact of online presence to the hotel's overall business.CORE RESPONSIBILITESCreate, develop and implement the Hotel's Restaurants, Bar and Catering marketing strategies to drive demand and awareness for the different segments.Define and drive the activation plan for every division in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and following the top line Hotel and Marketing plans. Creates a credible series of events; launches, guest bar shifts, bar takeovers and menu launches while partnering with relevant profiles in the destination.Verify that the owned (websites, social media) and earned (third parties) channels are updated on a regular basis always in collaboration with the MI Digital Field Marketing Hub.Defines and executes the yearly Social Media strategy, organic and paid, for the Restaurants, Bar and Catering.24/7 community management in collaboration with the Marketing Executive (Instagram mainly). Engaging in proactive online management surfacing relevant guest comments and responds accordingly.Drives the content creation plan for the property's R+B+C for all digital channels, from the strategy to the tactics and execution.Promote awareness of brand image for every outlet internally and externally.Actively monitors the F&B Marketing annual budget and updates according to necessities and trends.Implements and develops the monthly e-mail marketing strategy with a strong focus on demand generation for Restaurants & Bars and Catering.Represent the different sub-brands in all marketing activities with support from the DOM.Be an early adopter and champion for innovation, to deliver results, channel engagement and enhanced guest experience.Establish and maintain strong working relationships with partners, suppliers, and vendors.Monitors strategy results and business goals on an ongoing basis, exercising critical and analytical thinking of results.Schedules and leads monthly meetings with the Director of Marketing and Revenue Team to communicate results, provide insights and answers questions about hotel's R+B+C performance.CANDIDATE PROFILEEducation & Experience Required:4-year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related major; 1-year experience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience preferred.OR2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or related major and 4 years' experience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferred.Hard & Soft skills Required:Leadership skills, adaptability in fast-paced environment, problem solving & decision makingCreativity, writing and design skillsDigital channels proven experienceExcellent communication skills and ability to networkTeam working skillsStrong attention to detailStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAdobe Design Package handling recommendedMS Office package knowledgeSpanish and English proficiency level, spoken and writtenMarriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
