We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our fast growing team. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of a critical tool that fuels customer acquisition and growth through our sales and marketing teams. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, drive product development, and ensure successful adoption and utilization.
This role reports into Product Marketing and is a part of our wider marketing organization at Make.
What you'll do: Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company objectives and customer needs.Work closely with sales, marketing, growth, customer success, and engineering teams to gather insights, prioritize features, and drive successful product launches.Collaborate with development to prioritize and execute initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high impact.Drive user and engagement strategies to maximize value, working closely with internal stakeholders.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance and effectiveness, iterating based on data-driven insights.Gather feedback from users and other stakeholders to continuously iterate and improve the product.Stay on top of trends, best practices, and emerging solutions related to customer growth enablement.What we are looking for: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B SaaS products.Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, strategies, and tools, with experience in customer growth enablement preferred.Skilled at project management and leading cross-functional teams against shared goals.Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and prioritize initiatives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence.Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Adept at switching between strategy and execution as necessary.Comfortable working in a fast paced scaleup environment, delivering results iteratively.What we offer: RSUs grant in a rapidly growing company raising its value every dayMultinational team with 49 nationalities creating the future of automationLearning & Development plan25 days of vacation, 24th&31st Dec company holidayRSUs grant for a newborn childGym passMeal and transportation ticketsMedical insuranceFamily leave program, offering 24 weeks of paid leave for main carers and
