This is our role Marketing Project Manager for idea generators, planning geniuses, and natural-born analysts.
Tasks in the rolePlanning and managing creative projects from start to finish, including working seamlessly with scheduling, timelines, deadlines, multiple project workflows, and evaluating resultsOrganizing and structuring projects and ideasDevelop and execute project plans and associated communication documentsProactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plansEffectively prioritize project deliverables & assignmentsTrack, prioritize, manage and report issues related to a given projectPreparing and managing internal docs, project boards, and other resourcesPromote project success, ensuring permanent monitoring of project success in production environmentsOverseeing paid campaigns and content used in paid channels, updating and analyzing their performanceMaintaining external relationships and communication with partners in terms of projectsOutstanding communication skills and great organization, ability to lead the project, and make decisions quicklyRequirementsWho we are looking forProject Manager experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask, plan, and organizeOrganizational skills — all project files must be kept to auditing standardsAttention to detail is paramountStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilityExperience with digital marketing activities, and paid channels management will be your great advantageAbility to work under pressure and prioritize working independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degreeGreat team playerA bit about the teamYou can get to know the team better at one of the interviews, but some brief information about future colleagues will be useful now.
