Role & Responsabilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Executing social media strategies within the B2B landscape.
• Develop engaging content for different marketing channels, including, social media posts, emails, and newsletter, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
• Collaborate with an external marketing agency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and email.
• Maintain content calendars to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of content.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Use data analytics tools to gather insights and inform marketing strategies.
• Regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Support the development and implementation of brand guidelines
• Coordinate with HR and Office management for internal events, such as employee engagement activities, team building events, or company-wide meetings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their communication needs and objectives.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for sponsorships, partnerships, and collaborations with relevant organizations, events.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.

Qualifications:
