Continuous learning in my new role. As Director, Project Strategy and Transformation I've been reading and learning more about our Traction EOS system we have for our business - how management team plans the quarter and year, how we determine our processes, how we stay disciplined as leaders.2. Championing our company's SharePoint migration project. It's been quite challenging but I love nerdy technical projects like this. I can see the efficiencies roll in through moving our files and folders to SharePoint, especially when collaborating with our teams.3. Identifying and writing out our Core Processes and sub-processes so it's all documented and can be shared. This is in the works, and I'll be so proud of the finished project once done.4. Assessing our company's existing digital software solutions and figuring out what's next - streamlining them before introducing new ones to help improve our company's performance standards.5. Training - researching and figuring out a way to store all our training videos, slide decks and documents so in the new year the company can roll out a library and system to track ongoing training within the company. If anyone has any insights to share I'd love to learn more.
