Massage Therapist

Job description: As a massage therapist at Club La Santa, you will be a crucial member of the wellness team, delivering an exceptional experience to our guests.  The role primarily includes providing sports and/or relaxation massages in our dedicated treatment rooms, actively participating in collective tasks within the Wellness Centre, and engaging in additional activities in the spa area, such as relaxation and mindfulness.  Key responsibilities include:  Perform sports and/or relaxation massages for Club La Santa guests.  Create a comfortable and inviting environment for guests, ensuring their safety and well-being during massages. Actively participate in collective tasks within the Wellness Centre. Engage in supplementary activities in the spa area, including relaxation and mindfulness. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and guest experience.  Upsell additional services, to extend the guest experience and overall satisfaction.   Be open-minded to new challenges and opportunities for learning, such as Saunagus.   About you (essential knowledge): Sports masseur qualification or spa therapist qualification with a minimum of 3 years of experience in massage therapy.  Work to high standards with a "can-do" attitude. Fluent in English. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.  Exceptional guest experience and customer service skills.  Flexible with an ability to multitask.   First aid course certification.   About you (beneficial knowledge): Additional qualifications in other types of massage will be appreciated.   What we offer:  Competitive salary Subsidised accommodation within Club La Santa for the first months Full use of world-class sporting facilities at Club La Santa. Spanish residency, enabling discounted travel within the Canary Islands and mainland Spain. Ongoing training opportunities.   Salary: According to the Convenio Colectivo de Hostelería de Las Palmas.If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact us at .
