At Smith+Nephew we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living.The main function of the Customer master data management is to ensure the data quality and data connections in the customer master data in SAP and that is correctly set up in the system.This role will also implement new requirements and structures in SAP to adapt the system to the commercial requirements.On the other hand, this master data management will be aligned with the international MDM project and other master data Clusters.What will you be doing?Perform Master Data maintenance in SAP : Effective data management to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data.Process daily master data requests. Troubleshoots data related problems and authorizing of maintenance or modifications.Serves as a focal point for master data topics.Ensure the Service Level Agreement ( SLA ) on master data maintenance is met on regular basis.Identify and involve in continuous process improvement in the master data maintenanceAssist Business Stakeholders with reports and data extraction when needed.Open to express and discuss ideas or issues with leads or SMEs.Support MDM project implementation.
