Manage medical operational systems and updates, based on and aligned with, medical affairs strategy and goals.Responsible for implementation, oversight, and governance of compliant and globally aligned Medical Affairs systems, and processes, which enable Medical Affairs teams to function compliantly and effectively.Collaborate with and effectively influence internal and external stakeholders to deliver medical operation strategy.Personify culture of innovation and collaboration within the Medical Operations team.Major Accountabilities:Enable globally aligned MA systems that enable simplified MA processes, are compliant, intuitive and enable streamlined reporting and analytics.Collaborate closely with GMA Medical Affairs teams to ensure Medical Operations Systems goals are aligned with MA strategy.Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure all newcomers are onboarded to all GMA Systems.Global Owner, Point of Contact, Subject Matter Expert, and Issues Resolutions contact for specified GMA Systems.Oversight and Governance of the MA Customer Management System and related processes. Including but not limited to, collaborating with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure the system is meeting MA needs and issues are resolved timely, planning, and implementing systems updates and providing support to Field Medical Associates.Core member of Global Medical Operations teamEDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a Health Science or Data Analytics related discipline or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience2-5 years' experience in systems and analytics development preferably associated with Medical or Clinical environments.2 years relevant Medical Operational or Medical Excellence experience.Ability to read fluently, write, understand, and communicate in English.Development of business goals and objectives for cross-geography and cross-functional organizationsPlanning and lead execution of complex projectsDecision making driven by data and enterprise considerations.Cross functional collaboration with demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders using data and domain expertise.Knowledge and experience in all aspects of medical affairs, including clinical research in product development, and investigator-initiated studies.Demonstrable knowledge of health authority and local regulations to ensure full adherence to compliance requirements.Leading teams and Coaching of direct reportsDevelopment and delivery of effective presentation to executive stakeholdersExpertise in working in a multidimensional matrix environment.Strong sense of integrity and proven understandingExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsExperience with customer management systems, especially with Salesforce 1 and Pitcher.Función laboral Analista#J-18808-Ljbffr
