We are currently looking for a Medior Data & Analytics Specialist to join our international marketing team in sunny Valencia. We are a whitelabel marketing agency, offering digital performance marketing services to agencies all over Europe in a fast, flexible and efficient way ? . As a Data & Analytics Specialist at Labelnone, you will be focused on the technical and data-driven side of marketing. You will work closely with your colleagues of the data & analytics team to deliver exceptional results and reports. Your expertise in digital analytics and tracking, including the utilisation of marketing tools and AI, will be crucial in achieving success. If you have a passion for data-driven decision making and a knack for technical marketing solutions, we want you on our team!
What you will do: Auditing, implementing, optimising and consulting on tagging/tracking setups using Google Tag Manager, based on input from our clients or advertising team.
Utilising web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Hotjar to gather insights and deliver data-driven recommendations, with the goal of increasing our clients' KPIs.
Leading CRO projects using tools like VWO and Optimizely, among others, to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Developing and maintaining dashboards to present results in a clear and concise manner, using tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau and/or Power BI.
Engage directly with clients, providing clear communication and managing projects effectively from inception to completion.
What we are looking for: 2+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on data and analytics, preferable in an agency setting.
Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager, including topics such as e-commerce tracking, Consent Mode v2, and advanced form tracking for GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4, including topics such as cross-domain tracking, conversion funnels, and exploration reports.
Intermediate knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization and experience with at least one A/B Testing tool such as Optimizely, VWO or Hotjar.
Intermediate knowledge of dashboarding / data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau and/or Power BI.
Knowledge of server-side tracking and/or the Google Cloud Platform (or similar solutions) is a big plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage in direct client contact, in English (at least C1). Knowledge of Dutch and/or German is a plus.
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
