Hiring MEP modeler / BIM Specialist (3 to 5+ Years Experience in US and Intl. projects) to work mainly on US based projects. Main Responsibilities : A Modeler/BIM Specialist undertakes modeling tasks across different disciplines such as Architecture, Structure, and MEP, depending on expertise and background. Responsibilities may vary, encompassing specific zones or entire buildings, contingent upon project scope. The role demands high modeling proficiency, including expertise, technical knowledge, LOD, and QAQC capabilities. Requires autonomy in self-management and modeling skills, adapting to the unique needs of each trade. Plays a critical role in identifying and resolving conflicts during initial information review and throughout modeling and coordination phases. Performs coordination between disciplines. Requeriments : Civil Engineering Degree. Autodesk's Revit Experience (Intermediate/Advanced) Working experience of at least 8 years overall. Between 3 to 5 years of experience in the position of MEP Engineer / BIM Modeler (experience in US projects is desirable). Knowledge of engineering design principles and technical documentation. Ability to work in a team and effectively coordinate project processes. Require limited direction on Program Tasks including Prototype Examples, RFI's and submittals. Have excellent written and spoken English communication skills including ability to participate in Client-facing meetings. Coordination Experience and examples with other disciplines/consultants + General Contractors. Travel- Willing to travel for 1-6 months/year for Global Assignments at Client offices. Knowledge of Plan Check/Approval procedures. Ability to go on Site Surveys. Navisworks experience (desirable) Rhino experience (desirable) We offer : Salary: Starting off at 2000 USD/Month plus benefits.
