As a part of this dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing metering systems across multiple plant units, ensuring efficiency and reliability.Key Responsibilities: As a Metering Engineer, you will: Provide technical guidance and support to the facility's metering team. Monitor and enhance the performance of instrumentation and metering systems. Assess and recommend improvements for system optimization. Develop and maintain life cycle management activities for metering and instrumentation systems. Implement auditing guidelines and perform regular audits of metering systems and instruments. Contribute to the development of new strategies for improving company productivity. Act as a subject matter expert in instrumentation and metering systems, participating in troubleshooting activities. Minimum Requirements:To be successful in this role, you should: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, or equivalent. Have a minimum of 12 years experience in metering systems within refining, oil and gas plants, or petrochemical industries. Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in the field of metering systems. Demonstrate familiarity with field instrument types and applications. Have proficiency in relevant codes and standards in the oil and gas industry (API, BS, ISO, ASME, ANSI, IEC, ISA, IEEE, etc.). Have a working knowledge of oil/gas-related plant processes.
