With a strong focus on producing engaging and eye-catching Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok and vertical short videos, this position is at the forefront of showcasing our brand's and leaders' essence in the most dynamic and engaging ways. Whether it's through texts, short clips, live interviews, humorous clips, or day-to-day snapshots of our brand in action, the Specialist ensures that our message is not only heard but visually experienced and enjoyed. This role is key to connecting with our audience, making them feel a part of our world,and keeping them entertained and informed through creative and captivating content.Your profileKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES- Dynamic Video Content Creation:Create & produce visually engaging content, including Reels,TikToks, Shorts, and Stories, highlighting our brand and leadership.- Cross-Platform Content Development:Post-training, take full ownership of creating, editing, and publishing marketing content across platforms like X and LinkedIn, tailoring messages for B2C and B2B audiences.- Collaborative Creativity:Collaborate with our Design and Marketing teams to ensure your video content and copy are both visually appealing and strategically aligned with our campaigns and content calendar.- Community Engagement & Growth:Use your content to interact with our audience, fostering a vibrant community through responsive communication and engagement.- Performance Analysis & Strategy Refinement:Monitor content performance metrics,leveraginginsights to continuously refine our strategy and enhance engagement.FRAMEWORK, BOUNDARIES OF WORK, AUTHORITY & DECISION MAKINGAlign with directives from the Chief Marketing Officer and Gamium's overall marketing strategy.Granted authority to engage with the audience and post content under the guidance of the lead Chief Marketing OfficerConsult with the lead for major content decisions or in rapid-response situations.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLSMinimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.Minimum Experience:- 3+ years of experience in social media, with a focus on TikTok content creation and engagement.- Demonstrated success in growing and engaging a TikTok audience.Hard Skills:- Proficiency in current social media platforms, understanding their features, trends, and algorithms of vertical format marketing.- Familiarity with video editing software/tools like capcut or similar.Soft Skills:Creativity and adaptability to leverage current social trends.Strong communication skills for effective audience engagement.Team collaboration aptitude to work closely with lead managers and other departments.Time management skills to handle content creation and posting schedules effectively
