While the CR service line focuses on leading complex corporate restructuring programs at companies facing acute performance issues, liquidity concerns, potential covenant violations and other issues that are destabilizing to the enterprise, the T&T service line focuses on driving rapid performance improvement for any business with significant performance improvement potential and an aspirational leader (ranging from distressed to "good to great" situations)
