It's about asking ourselves everyday: how can we do it better?What will you do on a daily basis?- Responsible for the full cycle of Logistics KPIS and procedures, and Customer satisfaction.- Track delivery from 3PL to end customer while ensuring high quality service. Work towards the resolution of logistical and operational issues originating both from the 3PL and customer- Provide accurate and helpful information to support internal and external Customers being the interface with the logistics providers for issues related to the deliveries- Ensures that Processes are executed according to the corporate governance and guidelines. Escalates to the Key User and Operations Manager processes out of standards and contributes proactively in the improvement of processes- PO creation, Material master data update, Goods movement in SAP- Stock follow up and optimization- Ensures proper documentation (manual, guidelines, BPPs) is all organized and filed for easy access- Treatment of Complaints from Consumers- Support the Customer Service team for finish goods related tasks needed. Support in continuous improvement projects- Handling of Quality Management issues- Month/Year end closing, executionWhat do we need from you?Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business or related fieldHigh level of analytical skillsAttention to detailStrong communications skills (verbal and in writing)Work under pressure,good time managementAbility to multitask essentialProactive, empathetic, patient, positive attitudeDeveloped problem solving and analytical skillsProactive outlook on continuous improvementMandatory ERP Knowledge.
